Terms of use

1. Using Starhint

You must be 18 or older to use Starhint; the birth date you enter at the start is used to check this. Use your own phone number, keep your account to yourself, and keep your sign-in codes private.

2. For reflection, not advice

Readings are for reflection and enjoyment. Astrology describes moods and tendencies, never certainties, and readings are not professional advice. For medical, legal, financial or other important decisions, consult a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. The Oracle shows help lines when it notices this, but it is not a crisis service.

3. Credits and purchases

Credits (✦) pay for some readings, such as Oracle answers. You are only charged when a reading is delivered. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are removed when you delete your account.

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app store you downloaded from, under its own terms [when available]. [Refunds, expiry of unused credits and pricing terms to be confirmed by legal.]

4. Your content

You own what you write. You let us store and process it only to run Starhint for you, including sending Oracle questions to our AI provider as described in the Privacy policy. When you share an item, the friends you choose can see it in the app.

5. Community

Be kind. No harassment, hate, impersonation or sharing other people's private details. Don't misuse the app, try to break its security, or use it to send spam or automated requests.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that belong to someone under 18.

7. Our service

We work hard to calculate charts accurately and to keep Starhint available, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
